Shane Schneck
Shane Schneck is an American designer living in Sweden. In 2010, he founded his own studio in Stockholm called Office for Design. He previously worked in Milan at the design firm of Piero Lissoni. His designs are known internationally and have won awards such as the Red Dot, iF and Wallpaper* design awards. Shane aims to create simple but innovative products that stand out from the usual standards. His work often includes a playful or surprising element – whether in the colour, shape or choice of materials. For the brand HAY, he has designed the following products: Cap, Tool Box, Porter, Bowler, Butler, Bernard, and the Tamoto Bed.
