HAY.nl is looking for an enthusiastic and accurate Webshop Employee to strengthen our team. In this role, you play an essential part in ensuring the smooth operation of our online sales. You will be responsible for processing orders, managing the inventory of packing supplies, and answering customer inquiries via email and phone. Additionally, you will analyze sales data and actively contribute to improvements in our processes. Do you enjoy working in a structured way and have a customer-focused attitude? Your responsibilities
- Processing and coordinating online orders
- Managing inventory of packing supplies
- Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone
- Identifying inventory shortages and communicating them with the team
- Analyzing sales data and contributing ideas for improvements
What we expect fro you
- MBO+/HBO work and thinking level
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Customer-focused and proactive attitude
- Good communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Accuracy and structured work
- Affinity with design and interiors is a plus
- Living in Amsterdam
- Available at least 4 days a week during weekdays

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Je bent het gezicht van HAY Rotterdam en geeft actief aandacht aan de klant op de winkelvloer en bij de kassa
- Je herkent de behoeften van de klant en adviseert de klant om de juiste beslissing te nemen
- Je klant is prioriteit nummer 1
- Je draagt bij aan sterke verkoop resultaten
- Je hebt kennis van de HAY collectie en onze ontwerpers
- Je denkt graag mee over hoe we onze winkel nog succesvoller kunnen maken
Wat wij van jou verwachten
- Je hebt affiniteit met interieur design en HAY
- Je bent op de hoogte van huidige trends en ontwikkelingen op het gebied van interieur
- Verkoopervaring in de interieur branche is een pré
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
- Je bent proactief, flexibel en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
- Je bent gemotiveerd en werkt graag in team verband
- Woonachtig in Rotterdam of omgeving
- Je bent één weekenddag per week beschikbaar
