- Advise customers on the complete HAY collection.
- Deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
- Process sales and customer orders accurately.
- Maintain an inspiring store presentation in line with HAY standards.
- Replenish and merchandise the collection.
- Work closely with colleagues to create the best possible customer experience.
- Contribute to a welcoming and positive atmosphere on the shop floor.
- Friendly, enthusiastic and customer focused.
- Commercially minded with a proactive attitude.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English. Dutch is an advantage.
- Available to work 32 hours per week, including weekends.
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality is a plus, but enthusiasm and a service oriented mindset are equally important.
