The Crate Collection, originally designed by the Dutch architect and designer Gerrit Rietveld in 1934, recently underwent a relaunch in collaboration with Rietveld Originals and HAY. The Crate Side Table is made with respect to the original design, applying the same precisely balanced proportions and transparent construction to minimize production costs and optimize the assembly process. With a square tabletop and additional storage shelf, the table's simplicity and spatial design reflect the designer's architectural style, offering functionality and comfort without taking up too much space. The Crate Side Table is designed for outdoor use and is made of solid pine with a water-based lacquered finish in various colour options.

Gerrit Rietveld

Gerrit Rietveld was a Dutch furniture designer and architect who is best known for his contributions to the De Stijl art movement.
