You can follow your order via the Track & Trace of PostNL or DHL that you receive from us.

You can follow the status of your order by logging into your account. Click on 'History and details of my orders' and find the latest updates. Don't you have an account? Follow your order via the Track & Trace link you received in an e-mail from us.

It's not possible to change your order after your online purchase. Please send an e-mail to klantenservice@hay.nl to change your order.

The delivery time of accessories and small furniture in stock is usually between 1-3 working days. Furniture is delivered in consultation with our carrier. If in stock, furniture is usually delivered between 5-7 working days. Is your order not in stock? The delivery time varies per product. You will receive an email with the estimated delivery time.

Exchange & Return

You can return your purchase online at returnform.com/hay. Fill in the online form and follow the steps. It is also possible to return accessories in the store. Bring your order confirmation with you. Please note that furniture cannot be returned in store. Is your chair, sofa, table or cushion specially made for you? Then it is not possible to return it. Read more about these specially made furniture in our return policy.

The return period is 14 days. Do we receive your return after the return period? Then you will receive a partial refund.

It is only possible to return or exchange accessories in-store. (Small) furniture must be registered online for return.

Yes, do you want to return a product because it is not according to your wishes? Then you pay the costs yourself. Is it damaged or wrongly delivered? Then the shipping is free.

Yes. Do you want to return accessories because it is not to your liking? Then you pay the return costs yourself via returnform.com/hay.
Return costs for standard package NL: €5,50-€6,95
Return costs for standard package BE: €6,95-€13,50

Would you like to return (small) furniture? You need to report this in advance online via the link above. For orders that are delivered by a carrier, the return costs are calculated based on the order.

The money will be refunded within 14 days from the moment your return is received.

Have you placed an order via our online shop? Please fill in the return form at returnform.com/hay. Did you bought the product in one of our stores? Please contact the store.

Payments

You can pay with iDeal through the familiar online payment environment of your own bank. Would you like to pay with Credit Card? We accept Visa or MasterCard.
Belgian customers pay easily and quickly with Bancontact. The following banks are connected: ABK Bank, Argenta, AXA Bank, Bank J. Van Breda, Belfius, Beobank, BNP Paribas Fortis, bpost bank, CBC Banque, CPH Banque, Crelan, Deutsche Bank, Fintro, Hello Bank, ING Belgium, KBC Bank, Keytrade Bank, Nagelmackers, Record Bank and VDK Spaarbank.

You can use your gift voucher in our store in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Unfortunately, the code does not (yet) work as a discount code in our online shop. Do you want to spend the gift voucher online? Note the code and the amount during checkout in the comments field. Then we can refund the amount of the gift voucher within 14 days.

Please contact our customer service to place an order as a business customer. Unfortunately we cannot organise this through our online shop.

Delivery

Accessories and small furniture are delivered with PostNL or DHL. Your order can be followed via Track & Trace. Furniture will be delivered by our carrier. You will receive an email with a delivery date. In case of a delivery appointment, it is possible to change the appointment no later than 24 hours on weekdays in advance. Are you not at home at the agreed time of delivery? Then the delivery costs for the second delivery are for your own account.

The order will be delivered free of charge on the ground floor. Do you not live on the ground floor? Please mention it with your order and note the floor in the comments field. You are responsible for ensuring that the furniture fits inside. 

Is a moving elevator needed? Please contact our customer service at klantenservice@hay.nl.  

Are you not at home at the agreed time of delivery? Then the delivery costs for the second delivery are for your own account.

You will receive a message from us with the estimated delivery time. Note: this is an estimate. The product can be delivered earlier or later. We will always inform you. Would you like to know more about the delivery time before purchasing a product? Then please contact us via the customer service.

Did you order accessories? Please contact our customer service.
Unfortunately it is not possible to pick up (small) furniture in the store.

You can change your delivery appointment from Monday till Friday up to 24 hours in advance.

Warranty

Absolutely, because you have chosen a CBW-accredited store. That has many advantages for you and, no less important, it offers more security. All information can be found in the service conditions.

You have a 2-year warranty on HAY products, excluding selected products. Would you like more information about the warranty of your product? Please contact our customer service. 

Have you made an online purchase? Then the invoice/packing slip is your certificate of warranty. Did you purchase the product in a store? Then the receipt is your guarantee certificate. Always keep your guarantee.

Yes, we deliver to Belgium. Are you a regular customer living in Belgium and would you like to shop online? No problem! We deliver our entire collection of furniture, accessories and lighting to your home. Would you like to place a business order at HAY.nl? Contact our customer service and we will help you.

All in-house service
Are you afraid of stains on your new sofa? With the All in house service from Oranje Furniture Care you have a five-year warranty on stains in your Mags Sofa. The sofa will be pre-sprayed with a stain protector. Do you get a stain during your warranty period or is there something else wrong with the fabric? No worries, we'll fix it! The costs for this service start at €50,- per module. Ask one of our employees in the store for more information about the service.
